Jane is a native of Central Florida and is originally from Winter Park
and the Winter Springs area and was not introduced to DeLand until her
parents moved into a historic home in 1993. Jane immediately fell in
love with the charming historic downtown area and was pleasantly
surprised by the warmth and graciousness of the residents of
DeLand. She knew this was the perfect place to raise a family in. She
and her husband Troy purchased an historic home and became lifelong
residents. While they are not quite finished renovating, their family
keeps growing, their roots are firmly planted in DeLand.
Jane began
her career at Town & Country Realty focusing on property management and
has since branched out into sales to offer full service real estate
needs to clients. The property management office has afforded her the
flexibility to work with clients assisting in placement of tenants and
management of their investment homes and properties. She is also able to
transition tenants into home ownership.
Specializing in the West Volusia rental market, Town & Country Realty
Property Management services include rent collection, book keeping,
repairs and inspections. We retain a law office that draws up each
individual lease, handles evictions and provides legal documents
necessary to manage the properties we represent.
Jane is
very thorough in screening applicants and placing the right tenant for
an investor s property. Her favorite part of her job is finding the
perfect home for a first time home buyer or renter. It is very
rewarding! In her spare time, Jane enjoys spending time with her family
and friends.
